Where we deliver
We deliver across Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad). Deliveries elsewhere in India can be arranged on request, especially for gifting and bulk orders — please contact us.
Charges
Delivery is ₹50 per order and free on orders of ₹599 or more. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Timelines
- In-stock items: packed and dispatched promptly; we’ll confirm the expected delivery date by email.
- Pre-order items (marked “Pre-order · 2–3 days”): made fresh after you order and ready to dispatch in 2–3 days.
- Coming soon items can’t be ordered yet — use “Notify me” and we’ll email you at launch.
Tracking
Once dispatched, your order status and any courier details appear under Track Order and in My Orders.
Missed deliveries
If a delivery can’t be completed, our partner will try to reach you on the mobile number you gave. Please make sure it’s correct.
