What are the delivery areas and charges?
We currently deliver across Delhi-NCR. Delivery is ₹50 per order and free on orders of ₹599 or more. For deliveries outside NCR, especially bulk or gifting orders, please contact us and we’ll arrange it on request.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are packed and dispatched promptly, and we confirm timelines on your order. Items marked “Pre-order · 2–3 days” are made fresh after you order, so please allow 2–3 days before dispatch.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We put together hampers for offices, events, weddings and festivals, with special pricing for larger quantities. Use the Corporate page or the enquiry form to tell us what you need.
Can I request a customised gift hamper?
Yes. Choose the products, box size and a gift message and we’ll put it together. Share your requirements through the Corporate & Bulk enquiry form.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life depends on the product and is printed on every pack and listed on each product page. Store in a cool, dry place and keep packs sealed after opening.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay’s secure checkout. If online payment isn’t available at the time you order, our team will share a secure payment link.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from My Orders until your order is packed. After that, please contact us and we’ll help.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and email, or sign in to see all your orders.
